1. Overview
At Europe 420 Psychedelics, customer satisfaction and delivery reliability are our priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a structured Return & Refund Policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
2. Lost or Undelivered Orders
We maintain a 98% successful delivery rate. In the rare event that an order is lost or undelivered, customers are entitled to:
- One (1) free reshipment of the order, or
- A full refund of the order amount
Customers must contact support to initiate a review of the shipment status.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request order details and supporting information before approving a reshipment.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of Cannabis and Psychedelics products, we do not accept physical returns once an order has been delivered.
Refunds or reshipments are only issued under approved circumstances such as lost, undelivered, or incorrect orders.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during checkout.
As all payments are completed manually after checkout, refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
